The main objective of the program is to build awareness among the adolescents on the reproductive health and encourage them to practice life skills like interpersonal communication; self-awareness; negotiation; dealing with stress and emotion; critical thinking and problem solving; empathy; creative thinking; decision making and social responsibility in their everyday lives.

Lively anchoring of renowned Actor Mr. Tareq Anam & two other adolescents and sharing opinions of the adolescents and their parents on specific topics from different parts of the country made the program attractive. There are also interviews of the celebrities, question and answer sessions, mini drama serial, quizzes and popular songs in the program.
